Abstract

Banyak kegiatan yang dilakukan remaja ketika masih aktif di usia produktif yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya nyeri leher. Nyeri leher dapat diakibatkan oleh trauma, peradangan atau infeksi, gangguan rematik maupun penyakit bawaan, namun lebih sering sering penyebabnya belum diketahui secara pasti dan tidak ada penyebab yang jelas yang diberi label sebagai nyeri leher non-specific nyeri leher non-specific biasanya bisa disebut sebagai mechanical neck pain atau nyeri leher sederhana. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui Neck Cailliet exercise dan NeuroMuscular Taping (NMT) terhadap pengurangan nyeri pada kasus nyeri leher non-spesifik. Metode : metode penelitianini menggunakan one group pre-post with control. Subjek terdiri dari 37 dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Kelompok I diberi Neck Cailliet exercise dan NeuroMuscular Taping (NMT) dan satunya kelompok kontrol. Pengukuran nyeri menggunakan VAS yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil : Uji beda pre-post pada kelompok I dengan uji paired T test didapati hasil p = 0,000. Uji beda pre-post pada kelompok II dengan uji paired T test didapati hasil p = 0,000. Uji beda post-post pada kelompok I dengan uji independent T test didapati hasil p = 0,000. Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh latihan terhadap penurunan nyeri pada kasus nyeri leher non-specific.
